Coinpockit supports a range of blockchain-based digital assets, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Stablecoins
  • Selected altcoins and tokens

Supported assets may change at any time due to network conditions, regulatory requirements, security considerations, or operational decisions. Coinpockit makes no guarantee that a particular asset will remain supported.

3. Wallet Operations and Trade Execution
3.1 Transaction Initiation

Users may initiate transfers, trades, or conversions of supported digital assets through the Coinpockit interface. All transactions are:

  • Executed on public or private blockchain networks;
  • Irreversible once broadcast and confirmed;
  • Subject to network fees ("gas fees") beyond Coinpockit's control.
3.2 Trade Finality

Once a transaction is signed and submitted to the blockchain:

  • It cannot be canceled, reversed, or modified;
  • Coinpockit bears no responsibility for user errors, including incorrect addresses, memo tags, or network selection.
4. Cryptocurrency Holding Policy
4.1 Custody Model

Depending on the service tier or product offering:

  • Non-Custodial Wallets: Users retain sole control of private keys and recovery phrases.
  • Custodial or Assisted Wallets: Coinpockit may provide key management or recovery support under strict security protocols.

Users are responsible for understanding which custody model applies to their wallet.

4.2 User Responsibility

Users must:

  • Secure private keys, seed phrases, and authentication credentials;
  • Use strong passwords and enable available security features;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information.

Loss of access credentials may result in permanent loss of digital assets.

5. Crypto Recovery Services
5.1 Scope of Recovery Assistance

Coinpockit offers procedural and technical assistance for the recovery of lost, inaccessible, or misdirected cryptocurrency, including:

  • Wallet access recovery (where recovery phrases or verification data exist);
  • Blockchain transaction tracing and forensic review;
  • Coordination with third-party blockchain analysts, exchanges, or compliance entities when applicable.
5.2 No Guarantee of Recovery

Due to the decentralized and immutable nature of blockchain technology:

Recovery services may involve:

  • Service fees;
  • Network or miner fees;
  • Third-party forensic or compliance costs.

All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to engagement.

  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and international standards;

Failure to complete required verification may result in delayed, restricted, or suspended services.

Users may not use Coinpockit to:

  • Engage in illegal activities;

  • Attempt to bypass security or compliance controls;
